Simonds Saw previewed its newest carbide bandsaw blade product, TCi22, at Titanium USA 2019. The new product is going through the final stages of development and testing, and will be available to customers in the near future.
Specifically designed for use at steel service centers in the aerospace supply chain, Simonds’ TCi22 is a notable addition to the company’s diverse catalog of metal cutting products.
Simonds Saw worked closely with their many customer partners worldwide — and developed TCi22 after extensive prototyping, testing, and optimization with professionals in the field. This new carbide blade’s cutting applications make it ideal for a wide variety of solid and plate mid-range metals, including stainless steel, tool steels, titanium alloys, and nickel alloys.
TCi22 was explicitly engineered to be faster and more durable — while allowing for a smoother surface finish.
